Our family was there during hurricane Matthew and while two of our cars were totaled due to flood waters, Sun Realty was adamant about getting their keys back without the least amount of compassion. Will NOT be using again and DO NOT recommend Sun Realty
Fast service and helpful friendly workers. Workers wanted to make sure people checking in were aware of the riptide danger in the area and even provided a short informational DVD on the subject. When didn't have enough linens at the rental property they came by and dropped off what was needed. Have used them two years in a row and am very satisfied.

Rented a condo in Rodanthe for a week Sep.8 and the staff were fantastic!Had an issue with the smoke detector but it was fixed in 30 minutes after I called. Outstanding! Lost one of the keys on the beach after having a good time on the beach. Wink Wink. Thought I was going to have to pay a penalty for it. Not a problem! Went to the office not far and got another one.We were even laughing about it.The condo was great and we will be back again next year!
Ease of checking in and out. A very courteous staff. Loved the house. Very clean and smelled wonderful. Loved the sound of the waves, peace, and tranquility.
